Definitions of terms
Store – an online store operating at the address Góreczki 1, 63-720 Koźmin Wielkopolski, selling products through the website www.bult.dog
Working days – all days of the week from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
Order processing time – the time in which the Store will assemble the order and hand it over to the carrier chosen by the Client for delivery. The maximum order processing time is 7 working days.
Client – a natural or legal person making purchases in the Store, having a registered customer account.
Consumer – a client who is a natural person using the Online Store www.bult.dog, in particular making purchases for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.
§ 1
GENERAL PROVISIONS
These terms and conditions specify:
rules for registration in the Online Store www.bult.dog,
rules for using the Online Store www.bult.dog,
Customer rights to cancel an order and withdraw from the contract.
rules for submitting and handling complaints.
To browse the Online Store website www.bult.dog and view the Store's assortment, it is necessary to use an end device with Internet access and a web browser such as Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, or Safari in the current version. To use the full functionality of the Store, an active email account is also required.
§ 2
ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PROCESSING
A condition for starting cooperation through the Online Store www.bult.dog is to read and accept these terms and conditions.
The Store sells products through the website www.bult.dog.
Information about products is posted by the Store on the website www.bult.dog.
Orders in the Store are accepted through the website www.bult.dog 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, and their processing will take place on working days from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Orders placed on non-working days will be processed on the first working day following the day the order was placed.
Orders will be processed in the order they are received.
To make purchases in the Store, it is necessary to have a Customer Account – obtained by registering on the www.bult.dog website or by placing an order without prior registration, providing the necessary data for order fulfillment:
first and last name,
correspondence address,
phone number,
email address.
The Customer will be informed about the acceptance of the order for fulfillment by email.
In case of unavailability of some goods included in the order in stock or other reasons preventing order fulfillment within the time specified in the order, the Customer is informed about the order status and decides on how to proceed – considering the possibilities:
Partial fulfillment – fulfilling the order only for available goods. The Store is then released from the obligation to fulfill the order for unavailable goods,
Cancellation of the entire order – as a result of which the Store is released from the obligation to fulfill the entire order,
Order fulfillment at a later date – after the causes preventing order fulfillment have ceased.
The ordered goods will be sent to the Customer's address without unnecessary delay. The maximum order fulfillment time is 7 business days. The Store reserves the right to refuse orders that raise doubts. The Customer will be immediately informed of such a situation by phone or email.
Orders will be fulfilled according to the prices offered by the Store.
§ 3
ORDER CHANGES
The Customer may make changes to the order or cancel it until the order is handed over for shipment. Changes can be made by contacting the Store representatives via email or phone. A change in the order is considered effective upon receipt of confirmation of this event via email.
§ 4
PRODUCT PRICES
Prices of all goods in the Store are expressed in Polish zloty and include VAT.
The price listed on the Store's website does not include delivery costs. The delivery cost depends on the method of delivering the product to the Customer, the value, and size of the order, and is provided when selecting the delivery method.
The price shown for each product is binding at the time the Customer places the order.
The store reserves the right to change product prices, conduct and cancel promotional campaigns and sales, or make changes to them. This right does not affect the prices of goods in orders placed before the effective date of the price change, promotional campaign conditions, or sales.
§ 5
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Delivery of purchased goods is carried out via courier companies: Inpost, DPD, DHL.
§ 6
PAYMENTS
The Customer may pay for the ordered goods in the following ways:
Upon receipt of the shipment,
By bank transfer (prepayment),
In case of payment on delivery, the Customer may pay in cash or by payment card – if this payment method is accepted by the courier company.
§ 7
COMPLAINTS
Irregularities related to the Store's operation can be reported by the Customer in writing to the address Góreczki 1, 63-720 Koźmin Wielkopolski. By email to the complaints department: bultshop@ggpf.pl. By phone: +48 537 016 469.
In case of a complaint, the Customer should provide their name and surname, address for further correspondence, type and date of the irregularity related to the Store's operation.
If a product is found to be non-compliant with the contract, the Customer has the right to file a complaint with the Store, which is valid for two years from the date of delivery, provided the Store is notified of the non-compliance within one month of its detection. In such a case, the Customer should return the product to the Store's address.
The Store will respond to the complaint no later than within 14 days from the date of receiving it and inform the Customer about further proceedings.
In case of a complaint being accepted, the damaged product will be repaired or replaced with another fully functional one. If this is not possible (for example, due to stock depletion), the Store will refund the Customer the equivalent of the product price.
Refunds in case of a complaint being accepted will be made no later than within 14 days from the date of its positive resolution, using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the Customer agrees to a different solution.
§ 8
ORDER CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
Regardless of the right to withdraw from the contract, the Customer may cancel the order if the products included in it have not yet been assembled.
The Consumer may withdraw from the sales contract of a product purchased in the Store within 14 calendar days without giving any reason and without incurring costs – excluding the direct costs of returning the product due to withdrawal. Withdrawal should be made using the template attached as Appendix No. 1 to these Terms and Conditions.
The Store will refund the amount immediately – no later than within 14 days from the cancellation of the order. In case of withdrawal from the contract, the Store refunds the Consumer immediately, no later than within 14 days from the day of receiving the withdrawal statement. The Store may withhold the refund of payments received from the Consumer until the product is returned or the Consumer provides proof of its return, whichever occurs first.
§ 9
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
By using the services of the www.bult.dog online store, the Customer consents to the storage of so-called cookies on the device they use and to the processing of their personal data left during the use of the service and other parameters saved in cookies for marketing and analytical purposes.
Providing personal data by the Customer is voluntary, but lack of consent to their processing makes it impossible for the Store to fulfill the order.
The administrator of personal data of users of the www.bult.dog online store is Global Pet's Food Sp. z o. o. with its registered office at Góreczki 1, 63-720 Koźmin Wielkopolski, The basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(a), (b), (f) of the GDPR, including the necessity of processing to perform a contract, the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
The Customer is responsible for providing false personal data.
Personal data is protected in accordance with legal acts regulating their protection applicable in Poland.
The purpose of processing personal data of online store Customers is:
Provision of services by electronic means,
Handling purchases made without registration on the www.bult.dog website,
Execution of placed orders,
Handling complaints,
Analytical and statistical analyses,
Possible establishment and pursuit of claims or defense against them.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the data subject has the following rights:
the right to information about data processing;
the right to obtain a copy of the data;
the right to rectification;
the right to data deletion;
the right to restrict processing;
the right to data portability;
the right to object to data processing for marketing purposes;
the right to object to other purposes of data processing;
the right to withdraw consent;
the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
Personal data is protected in a way that prevents access by third parties.
§ 10
FINAL PROVISIONS
All information regarding products directed to customers and contractors of the Store does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
Information about products posted on the Store's website does not mean that these products are available in the Store's warehouse.
The Store is not responsible for errors in handling orders or other Customer instructions resulting from the Customer providing incorrect data.
The Store is not responsible for transactions made by unauthorized third parties who gained access to the Customer's account due to the Customer's failure to observe caution when using the login and password for the account.
The Store reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions. Changes to the terms and conditions take effect from the moment they are published on the Store's website. Attachments to the terms and conditions constitute an integral part of them.
These terms and conditions come into effect on the day they are posted on the Store's website and apply indefinitely.
