1. The prices of Products displayed in the Store are shown in the currency applicable to the market or country selected by the Customer or determined automatically based on their location. The Store supports the following currencies:
• PLN — Polish zloty (the Store's base currency)
• RON — Romanian leu (Romanian market)
• CZK — Czech koruna (Czech market)
Prices expressed in a currency other than PLN are for information purposes only and are not binding. The only binding price is the price expressed in Polish zloty, shown in the order summary before the Order is placed.
2. When prices are displayed in a currency other than the Store’s base currency, they may be converted automatically using the exchange rate applied by the platform Shopify and payment operators serving the Store. When determining the price in the local currency, currency conversion costs, market-specific price adjustments, and the price-rounding rules applied by the Store may be taken into account.
3. Due to exchange-rate fluctuations, prices displayed in individual currencies may change. However, a change in the exchange rate does not affect the Order price after the Customer has successfully placed the Order.
4. The binding price of the Order is the amount expressed in PLN shown in the Order summary when the Order is placed. If the Customer’s bank, payment card issuer, or other payment service provider performs an additional currency conversion of this amount using its own exchange rate or charging additional fees, the Seller bears no responsibility for them.
5. Any differences in the amount charged resulting from currency conversion by the Customer’s payment service provider remain solely between the Customer and that provider and do not constitute grounds for a complaint against the Seller.
