REGULATIONS OF THE BULT & BULTI BREEDERS CLUB
CLUB MISSION
The purpose of the Club is to build a partnership community of dog and cat breeders, support high standards of nutrition, care, and animal welfare, exchange knowledge, and develop long-term, honest, and transparent cooperation between the Organizer and Club Members.
I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- These Regulations define the rules of operation of the professional initiative called the bult & bulti Breeders Club (hereinafter: "Club") and the rules for granting partnership privileges and welcome packs to its Members.
- The organizer of the Club is: Global Pet's Food Sp. z o. o. based in Góreczki, 63-720 Koźmin Wielkopolski, Góreczki 1, registered in the business register by the District Court Poznań (VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register), under KRS number: 0000847965, NIP: 6211837525 (hereinafter: "Organizer").

II. PARTICIPATION IN THE CLUB
- The Club is open to professionals and enthusiasts caring for animal welfare, in particular:
- Dog breeders registered with ZKwP or FCI.
- Cat breeders registered with FIFe or PZF.
- Dog trainers and behaviorists supporting animal adaptation.
- Groomers, Shelters, and Foundations.
- The joining procedure includes filling out an online application form and attaching a document confirming the conducted activity (e.g., confirmation of kennel name). When submitting documents, the Member has the right to anonymize (blur) data of third parties irrelevant to the verification process.
- The organizer reviews the application within 14 business days from the date of receiving the complete form. In case of deficiencies in the application, the organizer may request their completion.
- Refusal of admission to the Club requires stating a general reason, in particular: lack of required documents, inability to verify activity, providing false data, or violation of animal welfare rules.
- Membership in the Club is voluntary and free of charge.
III. CLUB MEMBER PRIVILEGES
- Individual price list: dedicated discounts on bult and bulti brand products calculated from the basic gross retail prices. Detailed prices are visible after logging into the Customer Account.
- Combining promotions: Club discounts cannot be combined with other time-limited promotions in the Store, unless the terms of a given promotion state otherwise.
- Free Welcome Packs: product sets for each registered litter. The organizer reserves the right to change the contents of the welcome pack depending on product availability.
- Support and Education: Membership certificate, educational materials, and the opportunity to test new products before their launch.
IV. RULES FOR GRANTING WELCOME PACKS
- Membership confirmation deadline: Membership must be confirmed no later than 14 days before the planned birth date.
- Purchase history: A condition for receiving starter kits is demonstrating ongoing cooperation with the Organizer, understood as placing orders from one account in the Store with a total value of no less than 1000 PLN gross within the 6 months preceding the litter report.
- Litter reporting: The birth must be reported by email no later than 21 days from the date of birth. The Organizer may require a scan of the litter card to verify the number of puppies/kittens.
- Logistics: Starter kits are granted once per litter. The cost of preparing and shipping the starter kits to the breeding address is covered by the Organizer.
- Non-duplication rule for starter kits: The Organizer may refuse to grant a starter kit if the same litter has already been covered by a similar starter kit program from another pet food brand. This provision does not limit the Member's right to conduct breeding activities or to purchase products from other brands outside the scope of the starter kit program.
- Verification and decision: The starter kit is granted only for a litter reported in accordance with the Regulations and after positive verification of the application. The Organizer informs the Member about the granting or refusal of the starter kit within 14 business days of receiving a complete application. In case of refusal, the Organizer indicates the general reason for the refusal.
- The starter kit does not constitute remuneration for the Club Member and cannot be sold.
V. CODE OF GOOD FAITH COOPERATION
The Club Member commits to:
- providing reliable and truthful information;
- caring for animal welfare;
- not using the status of Club Member in a misleading way;
- not publishing content that damages the good reputation of other breeders, animal caretakers, or the Organizer;
- informing new animal caretakers about products honestly, without pressure and without making unjustified health promises.
VI. OBLIGATIONS, CONFIDENTIALITY, AND RESIGNATION
- Resale prohibition: Products purchased with a club discount are intended solely for the breeding's own use. Their further resale for profit is prohibited.
- Free starter kits: Starter kits must be provided to new animal caretakers free of charge and in full.
- Confidentiality of commercial terms: Club Members commit to keeping individual pricing and discount terms granted within the Club confidential.
- Intellectual property protection: The name bult i bulti, logo, and graphic materials provided to Members are the property of the Organizer. Their use (e.g., on the breeding website) is permitted solely for the purpose of promoting cooperation with the bult i bulti brand.
- Resignation: A Member may resign from participation in the Club at any time by sending an email to the Club office at: klub.hodowcy@ggpf.pl.
- Violations and inactivity: Actions harmful to the bult and bulti brand or gross violation of the regulations result in removal from the Club. The Organizer reserves the right to delete the account of a Member who has shown no purchasing activity for more than 18 months.
- Warning procedure: Before removing a Member from the Club, the Organizer, if the nature of the violation allows, calls on the Member to provide explanations or remove the violation within 7 days. The decision to remove from the Club should indicate the general reason. The Member may appeal within 14 days of receiving the decision. The Organizer considers the appeal within 14 working days.
VII. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
- All complaints regarding the Club's operation should be sent to: klub.hodowcy@ggpf.pl.
- The Organizer considers complaints within 14 days of receipt.
VIII. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
- The data controller of Club Members' personal data is the Organizer.
- Personal data of Club Members may include: name and surname, email address, phone number, breeding or delivery address, breeding name, kennel number, documents confirming breeding activity, order history, and information about reported litters.
- Data is processed to manage membership, verify entitlements, fulfill orders and starter kits, handle complaints, and pursue or defend potential claims.
- Data will be stored for the duration of membership and after its termination for the period necessary for settlements, complaints, or claims, in accordance with applicable regulations.
- A Club Member has the right to access their data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, transfer data, and object to processing. In the case of data processing based on consent, the Member has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
- Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to participate in the Club and enjoy its privileges.
- Data may be shared with entities cooperating with the Organizer to the extent necessary to provide services, including IT service providers (Shopify platform), courier and postal companies.

IX. FINAL PROVISIONS
- In matters not regulated, the Store Regulations available at the address apply: https://bult.dog/pages/regulamin-sklepu-internetowego and the provisions of the Civil Code.
- The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations with 14 days' notice. Information about the change will be sent by email.
- Changes to the regulations do not affect rights acquired before the changes come into effect.
- The regulations come into effect on 01.04.2026.
