This privacy policy defines the principles of processing personal data and cookies collected by Global Pet's Food Sp. z o. o., with its registered office in Góreczki (NIP 6211837525) through the online store operating at the internet address www.bult.dog.
TERMS
Controller – Global Pet's Food Sp. z o. o
Personal data – all information about an identified or identifiable natural person through a specific factor determining identity, including device IP, location data, information collected via so-called cookies.
GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
Store – the online store operated by the Controller at www.bult.dog.
User – any natural person visiting the Store.

Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders placed in the Store, handling possible complaints, and providing electronic services related to managing the account of the person using the Store, and with additional consent, also for sending commercial information electronically.

Personal data obtained by the Store is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently for the person to whom the data relates.

At the request, the Administrator will provide information about the processing of personal data, the purposes and legal bases of such processing, entities to whom personal data is disclosed, and the planned date of their deletion,

At the request of the authorized person, the Administrator provides a copy of the personal data concerning the requesting User.
Right to rectification
The Administrator removes any inconsistencies and errors related to the processing of personal data and supplements or updates them if they have changed or are incomplete.
Right to data deletion
The deletion of processed data occurs when processing is no longer necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
Right to restrict processing
The Administrator ceases processing personal data except for operations consented to by the data subject.
Right to data portability
To the extent that data is processed in connection with a contract or with given consent.
Right to object to other purposes of data processing for marketing purposes
The User may object at any time to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes, without the need to justify such objection.

Right to withdraw consent
In the case of data processed based on consent – the User may withdraw that consent at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal of that consent.

The request should specify the purpose of the demand in detail and precisely, and the email address of the requester should be indicated in the content – the response will be sent electronically. It will be provided promptly.
IMPLEMENTATION OF INFORMATION COLLECTION FUNCTIONS
Functions for obtaining information about users and their behavior are carried out as follows:

These are IT data, especially text files, stored on the Store User's end device and intended for use on the Store's websites. The administrator continuously conducts risk analysis to ensure that the data you provide is completely secure – only authorized persons have access to it and only to the extent necessary. Special emphasis is placed on the requirement that all operations on personal data are recorded and performed only by authorized employees and collaborators.
