Returns and Withdrawal from Contract
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment – without giving any reason.
Simply return the product along with the withdrawal statement.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer.
Refund will be made no later than within 14 days from the moment of receiving the returned goods or proof of their return.
If the order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it – just contact us.
Complaints
If you receive goods that do not comply with the contract or if there are any irregularities in the store's operation, you can file a complaint:

Complaints can be filed within 2 years of receiving the product, reporting the problem within a month of its detection.
The store will respond to the complaint within 14 business days.
If the complaint is accepted, the product will be:
- repaired,
- replaced with a new one,
- or we will refund the equivalent of its price.
