This Terms and Conditions defines the rules for using discount codes in the online store bult.dog
I. Glossary of terms used in the Terms and Conditions:
Discount code - an electronic discount code in the form of an alphanumeric code, entitling the User to redeem it in the online store www.bult.dog operated by the Seller, as a percentage discount calculated from the order value (excluding shipping costs);
Seller - Global Pet's Food Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Góreczki, Góreczki 1, 63-720 Koźmin Wielkopolski, registered under KRS number 0000847965 at the District Court VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register of the District Court Poznań, NIP: 6211837525, with share capital 10,000,000.00 PLN fully paid up.;
Client / User - a person who receives from the Seller, as part of a promotion organized by the Store or an individual agreement with the Seller, a Discount code in exchange for performing a specified action, e.g., making purchases for a specified amount;
Goods - items offered for sale in all departments of the online store www.bult.dog;
Expiration date – the date until which the discount code can be redeemed on the www.bult.dog website and used to purchase goods;
Store - the online store bult.dog, selling goods offered via the Internet and operating at the web address www.bult.dog;
Store Terms and Conditions – the terms and conditions defining the rules for selling goods available in the bult.dog online store,
II. General conditions.
1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Client with a Discount code as part of a promotion or an individual agreement with the Client.
2. The Discount code can be used when purchasing goods not covered by other promotions in the bult.dog online store.
3. The Discount code cannot be exchanged for money (cash) in whole or in part and cannot be returned to the Seller.
4. The Discount code is active from the moment it is provided to the Client.
5. The Discount code received from the Seller is for one-time use only.
6. The validity of the Discount code will be specified each time it is provided to the Client.
III. Rules for providing and using the Discount code.
1. The Discount code is provided in the form of an email sent to the Client's email address or by making the Discount code available during a promotion organized by the Store.
2. Using the sent Discount code is up to the Client. The Client may choose not to use the provided Discount code; in such a case, simply do not enter the Discount code in the cart when shopping in the Store.
3. To use the Discount code provided by the Seller, enter the given character string in the "Apply discount code" field when placing an order on the Store's website.
4. Entering the Discount code in the field mentioned in point 3 will reduce the value of the ordered goods by the percentage value of the Discount code provided to the Client. The Discount code can only be used when purchasing goods not covered by other promotions.
5. The Discount code can be used if the User has a Client account in the Store, i.e., after logging in or registering such an account in the Store.
6. When placing an order via "quick purchase," the Discount code cannot be used.
7. Discount codes cannot be combined. Only one Discount code can be used per order.
8. The Seller has the right to refuse to redeem the Discount code if its validity period has expired. Accordingly, the Discount code expires at the end of its validity period.
9. The Discount code covers the purchase of goods up to the amount of 1,500 PLN.
10. The promotion is valid within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
IV. Complaints and returns of goods.
All complaints regarding defects of goods or their returns when purchasing with the use of a Discount code will be handled under the general conditions specified in the Store Terms and Conditions.
V. Final provisions.
1. In case of changes to these Terms and Conditions, orders are fulfilled based on the Terms and Conditions in force on the day the order is placed.

3. Any matters not covered by these terms are governed by the Store Terms and Conditions, as well as Polish law, especially the Civil Code, the Act on specific conditions of consumer sales and amendments to the Civil Code and the Act on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product, and the Act on personal data protection.
