§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the competition named "#ZłapBult" (hereinafter: "Competition") is Global Pet's Food Sp. z o. o. based in Góreczki, Góreczki 1, 63-720 Koźmin Wielkopolski, registered in the business register maintained by the District Court Poznań (VIII Commercial Division) under number KRS: 0000847965, NIP: 6211837525, (hereinafter: "Organizer").

2. The Competition is conducted on the territory of the Republic of Poland.

3. The Competition is not sponsored, supported, or organized in any way by TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram. These services bear no responsibility towards Participants in connection with the Competition.

4. The regulations define the rules, scope, and conditions of participation in the Competition.

§2. DURATION OF THE COMPETITION

1. The Competition runs from 07.01.2026 to 30.01.2026 (inclusive).

2. Weekly prize results will be announced every Wednesday during the Competition (i.e., 14.01, 21.01, and 28.01) on the Organizer's social media channels.

3. The result of the grand prize will be announced after the end of the Competition, no later than 03.02.2026.

§3. PARTICIPANTS

1. A participant in the Competition can be any natural person who: a) is at least 18 years old and has full legal capacity, b) has an active, public TikTok account, c) resides in the territory of Poland.

2. Employees of the Organizer, collaborators, and their immediate family members (spouses, descendants, ascendants, and siblings) are not allowed to participate in the Competition.

§4. RULES OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION

1. To participate in the Competition, you must complete the following actions during its duration:

• Share (repost) the Organizer's competition post on your TikTok profile.

• Record a video at one of the Organizer's advertising billboards (BULT).

• Publish the recorded video on your TikTok profile, with: a) the profile set to public, b) tagging the profile @bult.dog in the video description, c) adding the hashtag #ZłapBult in the video description.

2. The video must be the result of the Participant's personal creativity and must not infringe on the rights of third parties or good morals.

§5. PRIZES

1. The following prizes are provided in the Competition:

• Weekly prizes (a total of 12 prizes): every week 1× voucher worth 500 zł and 3× vouchers worth 300 zł.

• Grand prize: 1× voucher worth 1000 zł.

2. Vouchers can be redeemed in the Organizer's online store at www.bult.dog.

3. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other material equivalents.

4. The Organizer reserves the right not to select a winner if there are no entries meeting the regulatory criteria.

§6. SELECTION OF WINNERS

1. Winners will be selected by a competition committee appointed by the Organizer (3-person Jury).

2. The Jury will evaluate submissions considering: a) creativity and originality of the idea, b) aesthetics and quality of the video production, c) reference to the BULT brand.

3. The Jury's decisions regarding the artistic evaluation of submissions are final.

§7. ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS AND PRIZE COLLECTION

1. Results will be announced on the Organizer's profile on TikTok.

2. Winners will be notified of their win in a private message or in a comment under the contest video within 2 days of selecting the winner.

3. The condition for receiving the prize is sending the necessary data for prize delivery in a private message within 7 days of receiving the notification.

4. Failure to meet the 7-day deadline results in the forfeiture of the right to the prize, which then remains at the Organizer's disposal.

§8. COPYRIGHT AND IMAGE RIGHTS

1. The Participant declares that they are the sole author of the submitted video and hold full proprietary copyrights to it.

2. Upon submission, the Participant grants the Organizer a free, non-exclusive license to use the video for the Organizer's marketing purposes without territorial or time limitations on the following fields of exploitation: a) recording and reproducing by any technique, including digital and magnetic; b) public sharing in such a way that anyone can access it at a place and time of their choosing (Internet, social media); c) displaying and playing for promotional purposes.

3. The Participant agrees to the use of their image recorded in the video for purposes related to the promotion of the Contest and the Organizer's brand.

§9. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

1. Complaints regarding the course of the Contest can be submitted electronically to the address: kontakt@bult.dog within 14 days from the date of announcement of the results.

2. The complaint should include the Participant's data and a description of the objections.

3. The Organizer will consider complaints within 14 business days of receipt and inform the Participant of the decision by return email.

§10. PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)

1. The Organizer is the personal data administrator of the Participants.

2. Data is processed solely for the purpose of conducting the Contest, selecting winners, and awarding prizes (basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – the legitimate interest of the Administrator).

3. The Participant has the right to access their data, correct it, request its deletion, and file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

§11. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. Participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions, provided that it does not worsen the conditions of participation in the Contest.

3. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
